You have to go back to 1815 to find the first Vivalda at the helm of this typical Italian restaurant whose reputation has been handed down from generation to generation for more than 200 years. As a result of the merger of La Cabro d’Or and L’Oustau de Baumanière, Baumanière has become the epitome of Mediterranean art of living in a magical place.
